Description
Permoglaze Gloss Finish provides a durable and protective gloss finish suitable for various primed building materials, including timber and metal. Its high opacity and smooth gloss surface ensure easy application and long-lasting results. Available in white, pastel, medium, and dark shades, it features 40%-45% volume solids and a spreading rate of 8-10m²/liter.
Dilution: Test Benzin Technical Specifications:
- Composition: Modified alkyd resin with rutile titanium and colored pigments
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from loose paint. Treat mild steel surfaces with Permoglaze Red Oxide Metal Primer and galvanized steel surfaces with Permoglaze Two Pack Etch Primer.
- Application: Suitable for brush, roller, airless, and air-assisted spray. Dilution: 10-15% for brush/roller, 15-20% for airless, 20-25% for air-assisted.
- Drying Time: Touch dry in 4-6 hours, recoat after 12-16 hours at 25°C.
- Packaging: Available in 250ml, 500ml, 1L, 2.5L, 5L, and 20L.
- Apply in temperatures between 10°C and 38°C.
- Ensure good ventilation and use appropriate respiratory equipment.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
